Privacy Policy

Zinco Verde, Inc.

Effective Date: March 5, 2026
Last Updated: March 5, 2026

Zinco Verde, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to the highest standards of data minimization and protection. This Privacy Policy explains our practices for the Zinco Verde Data Services products (including our LinkedIn Sync software and any other associated data services;
collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is published and available at: https://www.zincoverde.com/privacy (the official location of this privacy statement). The manufacturer website for Zinco Verde, Inc. is https://www.zincoverde.com/.

This policy has been drafted to fully satisfy Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1 on Privacy), LinkedIn API Terms of Use (Section 5 on privacy policy requirements), Microsoft Store Policies (Section 10.5 on Personal Information), and — for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Articles 13 and 14 transparency obligations.

1. Information We Collect
We practice strict data minimization.

We retain no personal user data of any kind.

The only information we collect is limited diagnostic and app performance data (such as crash reports, error logs, performance metrics like launch times or memory usage, and basic technical information such as device type and operating system version). This data is collected anonymously or pseudonymized wherever possible and is used solely to identify bugs, improve stability, and enhance product quality.

LinkedIn Sync Software Specific Disclosure
When you use our LinkedIn Sync software, you authorize access through LinkedIn’s official OAuth consent screen. We temporarily receive the minimum LinkedIn data necessary (e.g., profile or connection details, depending on the scopes you approve) only to perform the synchronization you requested. This data is processed transiently in memory for the duration of the sync operation and is never stored, logged, saved, retained, or transmitted to our servers afterward. No databases or copies of your LinkedIn information are created.

We do not collect, store, or retain:
   - Names, email addresses, or any account/profile data
   - Any LinkedIn member data beyond the transient sync
   - Location data, usage tracking for advertising, cookies for cross-app tracking, or sensitive information

2. How We Collect Information
Diagnostic data is collected automatically through standard, privacy-respecting app analytics and crash-reporting tools. LinkedIn data access occurs only after your explicit consent via LinkedIn’s secure authorization flow and only for the exact duration needed. No other collection methods (e.g., forms, tracking pixels, or device sensors beyond diagnostics) are used.

3. How We Use Information
We use the limited diagnostic data exclusively to:
   - Identify and fix technical issues
   - Improve app stability and performance
   - Enhance the overall quality of the Services

LinkedIn data is used solely to execute the synchronization you requested. We do not repurpose any data, engage in profiling, marketing, advertising, or any secondary uses.

4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell any data (we retain none).

Diagnostic data may be shared only with trusted service providers (e.g., crash-analytics platforms) under strict data-processing agreements that prohibit any other use and require prompt deletion or anonymization. No LinkedIn data or personal data is ever shared with third parties. All sharing complies with platform rules requiring the same or greater protection level.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain no user personal data.

Diagnostic and performance data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for product improvement (typically no longer than 90 days) and is then permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Because we retain nothing identifiable, deletion requests are fulfilled immediately upon verification.

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, regular reviews) to protect any temporarily processed data. No system is 100% secure, but our zero-retention model significantly reduces risk.

7. Your Rights and Choices
For all users
Contact us at any time to:
   - Inquire about our data practices
   - Request confirmation of what limited diagnostic data (if any) relates to you
   - Request deletion of diagnostic records

For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)
In addition to the above, you have the full set of rights under GDPR Articles 13–14 and beyond: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Because we retain no personal data, these rights are exercised quickly and often result in confirmation that no data exists.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly process data from children.

9. International Data Transfers
Any limited diagnostic processing may occur in the United States. We maintain appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via the Services and by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
